All products for sale in the ScrapInsider shop are electronically distributed, nothing will be shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Electronic Goods, ScrapInsider enforces a strict 'No Refunds' policy.

In certain situations, some requests for refunds will be forwarded to the respective designer and will be within their discretion on how to handle the refund. Although ScrapInsider will attempt to assist the buyer with any problems they might have, ultimate responsibility for refunds lies with the designer involved.

Upon investigation, some issues may be found to be on the side of PayPal. We request that you contact them to further investigate the issue so that it can be resolved.
